Dave Rankin

Dave started in the painting industry in 1995 with CertaPro Painters. He has an entrepreneurial heart, which is why he loves adventure. He started the company in his basement running things himself and as the business started to explode he began to add staff to help. He has always had a strong work ethic and a desire to treat his customers and employees with respect. He enjoys working with his staff and watching each person grow to achieve their goals not only in the business, but personally as well.

Dave lives in Cincinnati with his wife of 18 years. They have 2 children and 2 dogs. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and teaching both youth and adults.

Commercial Sales Manager
Todd Grueninger

Todd has been involved in the painting business for over 15 years. He had a small residential painting business while in college, and worked at Fidelity Investments selling mutual and bond funds. In 2002, Todd's Sherwin Williams representative told him that CertaPro Painters was looking for a commercial Estimator, and he joined the CertaPro Family. Over 5 years of training and estimating have made Todd your go to man for estimating your commercial painting projects. Todd and his wife live in Cincinnati with their 2 children. He is an avid soccer fan and player, and enjoys working out and painting.

Commercial Production Manager
Lee Sammons

Lee has been with the CertaPro family since 2000. He brings with him 16 years of experience in the painting industry. Ten of his 16 years have been at the management level. Lee has been involved with both the Residential and Commercial Production divisions here at CertaPro. Lee has been married to his wife Christine for 15 years and they have two handsome boys, Jimmy Lee and Brandon.

Commercial Sales
Christian Martinez

Christian joined the CertaPro team in 2009. He works in the commercial sales division. He brings with him 15 years experience in customer sales and service. Christian lives in Cincinnati, and has 2 beautiful daughters. In his spare time Christian enjoys the outdoors, staying physically fit, and spending time with his family.
